We’re almost there! We look forward to our time together at the AAEE Conference, October 24-26. Check the website for our schedulehotel, and more info. Please note the following items as you prepare to Bridge Partnerships with us in Pittsburgh:

Giveaways – Please bring several giveaways to share during ourWednesday Giveaways. This is a great opportunity to promote your organization, city, or region, with t-shirts, mugs, water bottles, pens—whatever swag you might want to bring! Our goal is to have everyone take away an item from another organization.

Conference and Career Fair App - View conference and career fair attendees, receive push notifications on the latest AAEE 2017 news, see the schedule and more by downloading our app. Search Google Play or iTunes for "AAEE Conference Plus." Note: the app includes both the Conference and Fair; to toggle between them: More > Change Events.

Your Photo - Don't forget to send your photo to Sara at marketing@aaee.org for use in the app directory. Become familiar with your colleagues prior to arrival.

Career Fair Employers – Please refer to the blog post below for more info. (Conference and Career Fair registrations are separate.)

For more info on shuttles, shipping address, etc., please review our Conference & Career Fair FAQs.

Silent Auction and Raffle – To benefit AAEE’s Janice Jones Scholarship for future teachers pursuing critical need areas, we have some exciting items in our auction. Bring cash or your checkbook to make a donation to the scholarship fund and walk away with some great items! If you’d like to donate items for the Silent Auction, please contact Joan Welker at welkerjoan@gmail.com. We appreciate your involvement!

Night on the Town – Wednesday evening we’ll explore Pittsburgh with group dinners at local restaurants. If you’d like to take a peek at menus, click here. Sign-ups will be at conference registration area.

Business Cards – Bring plenty for our networking events. We’re committed to building working relationships!

Social Media – If you're on social media, join in the conversation using #AAEE2017 across Twitter and Instagram. We'd love to see photos/updates from YOUR perspective!

If you have any questions, please contact Deb Snyder at execdir@aaee.org, Amanda Milner at info@aaee.org, or Sara Russell at marketing@aaee.org; don’t forget to check the FAQs. We look forward to a substantial time together with lots of networking, Best Practices, and fun in Pittsburgh--Mr. Rogers’ Neighborhood!
