ABOUT THE WEBINAR:

Tips for Teacher Fair Success- A Career Services Perspective

(Mon, March 13th, 2017 at 2pm ET)

Teaching is a high-touch environment and both the teachers and those seeking teachers need the face-to-face interaction that virtual means just do not supply. Consequently, fairs will continue to have a high value in the recruitment of teachers. The numbers of available teachers are dwindling rapidly while the competition to hire them is increasing. Having coordinated a number of successful fairs along with research of student expectations and teacher/job seeker feedback, Ms. Maughan has put together effective tips on how to be successful at teacher fairs to help you in finding a larger applicant pool as well as those individuals that will fit with your culture.

Upon completion of this webinar, participants will take away:

  1. How advance preparation can make all the difference
  2. Ensuring you get the most from your Teacher Fair attendance from personal behaviors
