ABOUT THE WEBINAR:
Communication is key in today's professional world, as well as life in general. Body language plays a critical role in communication, yet it's not a part of our formal education and seemingly not a topic of regular consideration or conversation. To ensure we are communicating as effectively as possible, it makes sense to have a broad and deep understanding of body language -- from observing and interpreting it to understanding and applying it to influence others in a positive manner. Such knowledge is useful to HR professionals in recruitment and hiring (and other areas of HR operations), to school administrators and faculty members in their work with students and other constituents, and of course to future professionals in performing well in interviews and effectively in the workplace.
Upon completion of this webinar, participants will take away:
1. Overview of body language as well as engaging opportunities to best understand the use and effects of body language in one's life
2. What to do to maximize the power of body language personally as well as professionally, influencing various constituents encountered in your day-to-day work.
