Instructional position responsible for the educational leadership of students in a group or class in middle or high school. The educational leader is expected to understand and demonstrate the use of the Curriculum, Instruction, Assessment, and Improvement (CIAI) model to maximize educational achievement for all students; work collaboratively to ensure a working a learning climate for all students that is safe, secure, and respectful of diversity; and use a Baldridge based system to effectively and efficiently organize and manage the classroom to maximize highest student achievement.

K-12 school district located on the western coast of Florida. Our major cities include Clearwater, St. Petersburg and Tarpon Springs.
