Colorado Men of Color Collaborative - Colorado Men of Color Teacher Pipeline

The Colorado Men of Color Collaborative will work towards ensuring that students in every Denver community have caring, committed, profession-ready educators by developing a statewide strategy for recruiting, preparing, and supporting BIPOC male educators at all stages.

Goals of the program include:

To develop a group of BIPOC males with a passion for education.
To establish the funds, marketing and team to build out our current teacher pipeline program area of focus.
To build a sustainability plan to support program growth and community impact.
