Webinar #1

7 Recruitment Principles for Principals
by Trina Edwards, DIVERSITY In Ed. Magazine
Thursday, December 15th, 2016 at 2pm ET

Principals and other Administrators, it’s time to get focused on the recruitment process. We know one of your greatest challenges is ensuring that every student is taught by an excellent teacher.

Join us and be empowered by the answers to these questions:

  1. What is the best way to advertise a teacher job?
  2. What will attract good teachers to my school?
  3. How can I tell if a candidate is going to fit in?

Attracting a wider pool of diverse teacher talent is the goal of this webinar. Apply the seven principles to showcase your school and you’ll be first to recruit the best teachers.

Upon completion of this webinar, participants will take away:

  1. Seven principles to help them diagnose the strengths and weaknesses of their school’s culture and identify specific areas to showcase.
  2. How to better utilize their school’s culture and instructional practices to attract, hire and retain outstanding teachers.
